The military has been known to mold, shape, conditioned, and program behavior , habit formation to young adult boys and girls to become good citizens, law abides citizens after boot camps.
The court building is where all decisions are made by the Judge to correct behavior, and habit formations.
When the judge find the defendant guilty by interpretation and reading the law to the offender from the law books, He slam the hammer on the offender, while reading out the duration of the punishment.
The officer standing by the door is ready to follow orders from the judge to take the offender to the building with all those wires and fences for correctional behavior. It is here that the behavior correction starts.
