Marketing is based on thinking about the business in terms of customer needs and their satisfaction. Marketing differs from selling .The directors and managers are the key people who have the power and responsibility to make decisions and oversee an enterprise.

The size of management can range from one person in a small organization to hundreds or thousands of managers in multinational companies.

The fundamental principles of salesmanship is that, it's built with the concept to persuade, inform, and engage with others for the sole purpose of closing a sales. First impression leaves a long lasting impression when it comes to sales and marketing concepts. In salesmanship you have to sell not only the product, but your self also to a potential client.
